Demantra Domain Creation

 Weblogic Installation should be completed before you try to create a domain

Weblogic (10.3.6) Installation

Domain Creation

  cd $WL_HOME/wlserver_10.3/common/bin

       ./config.sh

Choose to create a new WebLogic Domain

                                                Click Next 

Specify Domain name and location.  better practice is to set domain out of WebLogic installation 

Provide a name of the domain (Ex : for Demantra I have selected as dm_domain)

Provide username and password as needed (This is for Weblogic Administartion)

Choose mode as per the requirement and ensure right jdk is pointed and click on next

Select Optimal configurations as needed and click on next 

Give the Listen address and port number and click on next

Click on Add and click on next to add managed server details

Specify Managed server name and port and click on next

Specify Clusters if you have  else click on next ...

Click on Unix Machine to provide the nodemanager details ...

Enter host server name and port then click on next ...

Drag both Admin server and managed server under hostname towards the right and click on next 

Crosscheck all the details and click on create 

You have successfully created a Domain
