persistence cache

If opmn services is not coming up in R12 then do clean shutdown of all application services then remove following directories.

        rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/persistence/*
        rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oafm/persistence/*
        rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms/persistence/*

then start opmn services and check services.
